BECOME A MEMBER

 

Personal

Completed an approved program in health or hospital administration, business administration, public health, medicine, economics, or another related field; or has a professional background in health and medical care administration or health services delivery.

Student

Student members are full-time students who are not employed full-time and are enrolled in an approved program related to healthcare administration or another field deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors. Student members transition to Personal membership upon completion of their academic program.

Retiree

Retired members must be 65 years of age or older. Members must have been an active paid member of the organization at least five (5) years of the last 10 year period. Member must be retired from full time employment.

Institutional

Institutional members are organizations and agencies that support the programs, goals, and mission of NAHSE through financial or in-kind contributions. Membership is open to hospitals, health systems, medical centers, health plans, group practices, and other organizations that support the purposes of NAHSE.

Marketing and Communication

Develop marketing and communication materials for chapter, i.e. events, campaigns, social media, brand awareness, etc.

Programming

Lead chapter event planning for professional development and service events

Fundraising & Sponsorship

Develop fundraising strategy and content to reach mission-driven organizations for chapter partnership

Membership

Lead growing membership efforts through outreach to prospective members through social media, website and directly by highlighting benefits and value of membership

MHA Student Committee

Graduate students enrolled in MHA or Healthcare related graduate or doctorate programs
